Terms of Service • အသုံးပြုမှုစည်းမျဉ်းများ

1. Service
MyanPlan သည် questionnaire answers နှင့် rule-based matching ကိုအသုံးပြုပြီး business planning suggestions၊ Starter/Pro digital reports နှင့် related planning tools များပေးပါသည်။
2. Eligibility and account
Paid My Business purchases အတွက် အသုံးပြုသူသည် အနည်းဆုံး 18 နှစ်ရှိရမည်ဟု MyanPlan သတ်မှတ်ထားပါသည်။ Account information ကိုမှန်ကန်စွာပေးရပြီး login code/OTP ကို တခြားသူအား မမျှဝေရပါ။
3. Fit Score and recommendations
MyanPlan Fit Score သည် planning indicator ဖြစ်ပြီး business success၊ income သို့မဟုတ် profit probability မဟုတ်ပါ။ Recommendation များသည် သင်ပေးထားသည့် Budget၊ Skill၊ Time၊ Interest စသည့်အချက်အလက်များအပေါ် အခြေခံပါသည်။
4. Paid digital service
Starter နှင့် Pro price ကို checkout တွင် MMK ဖြင့် ပြထားပါသည်။ Phase 1 manual QR flow တွင် customer payment proof ကို admin က စစ်ဆေးအတည်ပြုပြီးမှ paid entitlement ကိုဖွင့်ပါသည်။ Screenshot တင်ခြင်းတစ်ခုတည်းဖြင့် service unlock မဖြစ်ပါ။
5. Refunds
Refund eligibility ကို Refund Policy အတိုင်း စစ်ဆေးပါသည်။ Duplicate charge၊ wrong amount၊ undelivered service သို့မဟုတ် unrecoverable technical failure စသည့်အခြေအနေများကို case-by-case စစ်ဆေးပါသည်။
6. Acceptable use
Fraudulent payment proof၊ account abuse၊ system interference၊ unauthorized access attempt သို့မဟုတ် တရားမဝင်အသုံးပြုမှုကို ခွင့်မပြုပါ။
7. Availability and changes
Maintenance၊ security သို့မဟုတ် third-party service interruption ကြောင့် service ကို ယာယီရပ်နားနိုင်ပါသည်။ Material policy changes များကို version အသစ်အဖြစ် publish လုပ်ပြီး အရေးကြီးသော paid action မတိုင်မီ ပြန်လည်အသိပေးနိုင်ပါသည်။
8. Applicable requirements
MyanPlan သည် Myanmar online sales၊ consumer protection နှင့် အခြားသက်ဆိုင်ရာ requirements များကို လိုက်နာရန် ရည်ရွယ်ပါသည်။ လိုင်စင်/registration လိုအပ်ချက်များသည် operator structure နှင့် service scope အလိုက် ပြောင်းလဲနိုင်ပါသည်။
